After you've found the device you like, contact us via E-mail or the Contact form with your rental device and date you would like to pick up. If you have any question or concern, our advisor will answer and recommend plan to your travel.

Need an estimate? Tell us departure and arrival date for your travel.
2. Pick-Up
You can receive the rental device for Japan at our store in Manhattan.
At our store...
- Fill out our simple application form
- Make a payment (Visa, Master or Amex credit/debit card)
Please bring your drivers license or passport etc. Identification is required for the rental.
The rental fee counts starting at your arrival date in Japan (next day of your departure) to return date.
Payment must be prepaid.
